I had my road bike which hadn't been used (and had been out in the garden for a year) serviced with Vim at West London...  Cycles - I could not be happier. His knowledge and expertise were great. He checked the bike over before recommending what should be done. Very reasonable and very quick turn around. My bike feels better now than when it was new. Will definitely be going back in future and would definitely recommend highly.read more

I had my ninetees bike Raleigh Hercules. While I was using it, it was good. Then left it for more than 5 years without...  using it. I found West London Cycles on google, called him. Took the bike next day for estimate to put it back on the road. Left the bike with him and got it back working like new bike. Thank You Vim. Will definitely come back.read more

Took my bike to be serviced and repaired by west london cycles after looking at their reviews and I was not...  disappointed! excellent customer service from the first contact with Vim, who is not only an top cycle mechanic but a lovely bloke.talked me through the problem (worn out rear cassette causing gear slipping) and offered a cost effective solution, which was completed within 24 hours, very impressed with the service and would highly recommend, ill definitely be taking my bike back in future! My bike needed some immediate attention. Went to Halfords, but they weren’t even prepared to look at it before 4weeks....  Found West London Cycles, thought I’d give them a shot. Vim was friendly and professional. First he took me through all the issues. Told me what was necessary and what wasn’t. Dropped it round Friday evening after work. Picked up, what seemed like a brand new bike, on Sunday evening, ready to ride to work for Monday morning. And all at a very fair rate. Highly recommend West London Cycles.Cheers Vim.read more

Gave my bike in to West London Cycles last week for a full service as it had been collecting dust in the garage for 5+...  years. Big job as the bike was rusty and needed the gears and brakes fixed, Vim was very helpful in pointing out exactly what needed to be done. Bike was ready to collect the day after. Brilliant service - bike was sorted within 24 hours. I will deffo come back here for any further services. Had a tight...  budget to get brake cables replaced. Vim was great - installed new brake pads and a pedal - bike was certainly cleaner upon exit. He also adjusted the handlebars, seat and sorted out a bike lock for me so I really cant complain!read more

I was very happy with Vim who performed a service for a road bike.I wasn’t sure about what needed doing for this...  recent second hand bike purchase.
